From breathing and feeding to sleep and speech—so much depends on how your baby’s orofacial system develops. Our Infant OroBlend Assessment is a gentle, two-part screening designed to catch early signs of oral restrictions, myofunctional disorders, and tethered oral tissues (TOTs).

Worried about feeding, sleep, or fussiness? Many infant challenges stem from overlooked orofacial issues. Our Infant OroBlend Assessment identifies functional concerns like tongue ties, poor oral posture, or restricted movement—so we can intervene early and naturally.

Includes a preventive screening assessment and a tailor-made OroBlend© program that utilizes primitive reflexes and sensory systems as a base. It also includes a specifically blended sequence of techniques - paediatric cranial osteopathy, infant clinical massotherapy, intra-oral and extra-oral gentle facial release techniques and Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST)

60 Minute Comprehensive Assessment

Our assessment is divided into two parts:

Part 1 – Work-Up Session (15 minutes, face-to-face):

Conducted by an Assistant Therapist at our Harley Street clinic (central London) on Thursdays & Fridays between 10am – 2pm.

Includes clinical photos, videos and measurements of the patient in preparation for the main assessment.

No assessment will be made at the work-ups.

Part 2 – Consultation Assessment (45 minutes, online over Microsoft Teams):

Approximately 1-2 weeks after Part 1, a lead therapist will assess the patient and use the data collected at the work-ups to review the case and will walk you through findings, insights and next steps, discuss therapy options and recommend referrals if needed (e.g. to an ENT).

Infants need to be present at both parts of the consultation. No exercises will be given at the consultation as this is purely an assessment.

Comprehensive Assessment Report:

A detailed document including clinical data, images, and references. Available for an additional fee and delivered within 3 weeks

Treatment can begin immediately – no need to wait for reports

• Photos from the work-up session are valid for 6 weeks. New photos will be required if therapy starts later (additional fee).

• Assessments are valid for 6 months. A full reassessment is required if therapy starts after this time.
