Thank you for supporting MyoBreathe CIC. These Terms and Conditions govern all online donations made to MyoBreathe Community Interest Company (CIC) and outline your rights and obligations when donating

2. Your Donation

 

  1. By donating, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  2. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless an error occurs (see Section 5).

  3. Your donation will be used to support the objectives and activities of MyoBreathe CIC in line with our mission.

 


3. Payment and Security

 

  1. Donations can be made using the online payment methods provided on our website.

  2. All payment transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers, and we do not store or process your payment details directly.

  3. MyoBreathe CIC is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your donation.

 


4. Gift Aid (for UK Donors)

 

  1. If you are a UK taxpayer, you may be eligible to boost your donation by 25% at no extra cost through Gift Aid.

  2. By selecting Gift Aid, you confirm that you have paid sufficient Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the UK during the current tax year.

 


5. Refund Policy

 

  1. Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe an error has been made, please contact us within 14 days at info@myobreathe.org to request a refund.

  2. Refunds will only be issued at our discretion and may require proof of the transaction.
